Chapter Representatives for Chapter A: Jefferson, Lewis & St. Lawrence, Chapter C: Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, Wyoming, Chapter F: Fulton, Hamilton, Herkimer, Montgomery, Saratoga, Warren & Washington, and Chapter L: Putnam, Rockland, Westchester
