Registering with a Purchase Order? Follow these steps:
1. Have each attendee click on either the NYASP member registration or Non-member registration to register individually.
2. Indicate that you are paying with a Purchase Order when prompted.
3. Print the invoice for each person to give to the district to generate a PO. You can send one PO with everyone's names. Include the following information on the PO:
- Each attendee's name
- Emails for each attendee
- Email address for the person who should receive the invoice
4. Email your PO to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are unable to email your PO, mail your PO to:

Checks can be mailed to the same address.
